URBANABILITY ANALYSES

  • We believe in action-oriented solutions that are pragmatic and transformative. We design our innovative interventions to achieve measurable and lasting improvements in a community’s quality of life, economy, cultural expression, and health, and in the Earth’s sustainability.  We field-test all of our plans, strategies, and projects prior to implementation.
  • We believe in collective, collaborative action.  We recognize that, to maximize our progress toward project goals under limited budgets, we must couple financial, human, and knowledge resources to maximize the efficiency and impact of our interventions, to promote the health and well-being of all stakeholders.  We work across institutional barriers and cross-sectoral constraints to find common ground to implement creative and ambitious solutions.
  • We believe that every client’s situation is unique. We thus tailor our models, our scope of work, and our planning proposals specifically to the needs of each partner, community, and budget. We design strategies, deliverables, and performance metrics focused on the goals and desired outcomes of our clients, communities, and stakeholders.
  • We believe that true urban progress requires inclusiveness and genuine stakeholder engagement. We seek to partner with all urban stakeholders—city, state, and federal agencies, the business community, neighborhood organizations, religious leaders, higher education institutions, and other nonprofits—in order to build consensus and enable scalability. Broad community engagement serves as the catalyst for lasting change.
  • We believe in projects that align with our core mission of enabling livable cities for all. We know that these aims can be achieved much more efficiently and cost-effectively, while better meeting the needs of the community. Let us work together to make that happen..
